The Turquoise Pooch Paw Spa is committed to making our website and booking experience accessible to pet families, team members, and visitors across Northwest Arkansas. We aim to follow widely recognized accessibility practices so more people can learn about our services and contact us with ease.
We design pages to work on phones, tablets, and desktop browsers, with readable type, sufficient color contrast for body text and buttons, and keyboard-friendly navigation where interactive controls are used.
We use descriptive headings, alt text on meaningful images, and clear link labels (for example, directions to salon locations and text-to-book actions).
We respect reduced-motion preferences by limiting non-essential animation when your device or browser requests it.
Some marketing photography and video may not include audio descriptions. Hero video is optional on smaller screens and may be replaced by a still image.
Third-party tools (such as Google Maps) have their own accessibility experiences when you leave our site.
Our owner and staff portal is evolving; some admin workflows may be easier on larger screens until mobile admin views are fully optimized.

When you contact us, let us know which page or feature was difficult to use and what device or browser you were on. That helps us improve quickly.
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a reference while building and reviewing pages. Conformance is an ongoing effort as content and features change.
